Did you know that, with Liz Viernes Photography, you can give a photo session as a gift (Mother’s Day is just around the corner!)? It’s really easy and I love it when people get in touch inquiring about purchasing the incredibly special gift of memories for a loved one. I, personally, am a terrible gift giver. I *never* know what to give and the months leading up to Christmas and birthdays can be paralyzing for me. Some people are natural gift-givers. I am not. For that reason, I have incredible news for my fellow terrible gift givers: you can give a photo session as a gift and be an incredible rockstar in someone’s life!
This next session was just such an occasion. Corie’s step-mom Carmen found me online and called me to say that she wanted to purchase a newborn session for Corie and her husband Brendan’s soon-to-be-welcomed baby girl. Hayden is their first child (unless you count their four puppers) and she is one loved baby girl. We spent a beautifully sunny morning documenting this brand new family and shared a few giggles about how Aspyn (one of the four-legged children) tried hard to steal the show. It’s a toss-up who will win the favored-child award because Aspyn is pretty darn cute and really sweet as well. But I think the honor goes to Hayden in the end. Wanna see?
I adore following along with my newborn clients, like Hayden, on Instagram via their mommas and daddies. Not only do I get to watch them grow but it’s not such a tremendous shock when first birthdays roll around and mom is getting back in touch about a cake smash session.
