Ahh, sweet Tierney. Tierney’s momma, Nicole, got in touch with me back in January, planning ahead for her March due date and a posed newborn photo session. Tierney is Nicole and Drew’s beautiful rainbow baby and Nicole wanted to incorporate an outfit that would commemorate her rainbow status as well as include her twin big brothers in a couple of shots. We made all our plans and had a mid-March date for newborn photos on the calendar.
Then, in mid February, Nicole reached out because – surprise! Tierney had decided enough was enough with this womb business and chose her own birthday, 6 weeks earlier than anyone had planned. She spent a bit of time in the NICU and then joined my end of February-beginning of March baby session boom. It was all baby all the time for a period of about 3 weeks – and it was hectic – but I LOVED it.
One of the most awesome parts happened at the end of our session: Nicole had brought an antique carriage as a photo prop for the three siblings and, as they were leaving, she gifted it to me, with the understanding that they’d be able to use it if/when they had a fourth. Anytime you’re ready, Nicole and Drew…anytime you’re ready 💗And send me all your friends who are looking for posed newborn photos.
