I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…client referrals are one of the greatest compliments a photographer can receive. Maverick’s mom, Cindy, reached out to me for a posed newborn photo session on the referral of Tierney’s mom. In her initial email, she wrote, “You come highly recommended and I want only the best :)”. WELL. It’s hard to say no to that.
Cindy and her husband had a specific request that I incorporate their riding helmets in some of the photos so I decided to stop by their home prior to the session to see the helmets in order to determine how to setup the shot safely. I don’t typically shoot against a black backdrop because it’s not consistent with my light and airy style but when a client has a specific request, if I can accomodate it, I like to try.
Get a load of Maverick’s awesome hair…it’s safe to say his newborn hair is a photographer’s dream 😍
This sweet boy was so sleepy and adorable. He popped his eyes open briefly during our session to check out what was happening but quickly decided that his snoozy nap was more important.
